I have been performing yoga for a long time, but until I came to Sanjeev Krishna Yoga, I was unaware of how much I had been doing ‘wrong’. Because of the small class sizes and increased individualized attention, my practice has significantly changed now. The sort of yoga I practice today has changed as I've gotten older. The wide variety of classes at Sanjeev Krishna Yoga has made it possible for me to keep working toward yoga for BP & diabetes. My body's blood sugar levels have typically improved. Now, I feel calmer and more focused. I've developed a slight addiction to the course. I always leave the studio feeling light and airy because of their calming voice and gorgeous sequencing! I appreciate Sanjeev Krishna Yoga providing this yoga centre for BP & diabetes.
