Near death accidents, unhygienic food, psychopaths HR & Admin & Managers. AC has some foul smell, employees fall sick within a month of joining. Food is so bad u get digestive problem, yet you should of complain to manager. HR says this is serious HR issue, raise it but is incapable of addressing it

Hi all, I am here to write about my experience about FIS so far(been here since dec 2010). Before, i could join FIS, ppl said that the work life balance here is awesome.. and i had dreams of having the same. But, it wasn't that way.! May be, it depends on the project and the manager also. Coz many of them leave office as the clock strike 6 - 6:30, some of them even 5:30 :) I wish even i could be that way:( they even provide snacks at 6:15.Lunch is also provided(these days lunch is very bad).You can play table tennis, carrom.. Gym is also available. But, then again.. it all depends on ur project and your peers too. and yeah.. another imp change that happened recently was change of dress code - u r allowed to wear casuals everyday, isn't that great :)But, when any of your onsite colleagues visit, you got to be in ur formals! HR team is good, they try the best to keep their emp comfortable, which is something nice! :) On the whole.. about FIS.. Good package! v professional! Decent work culture! Main attraction for me was - office is at cathedral road. Infrastructure is not that great. but,I can give 3 out of 5(5 being highest).

Infrastructure..! sometimes, my project deliverables, this again differs from project to project! these days.. lunch is not as good as it was earlier!
