As a developer, I get the opportunity to reach out directly to the top management as well the other developers. We are empowered to contribute towards the development of the project roadmap and need to be accountable for our decisions. We also get the opportunity to follow CMMI-3 processes.

The processes established in Wisdomleaf to standardize and simplify the work are good, but they take up significant time.

As a person with 1 year of experience, I was provided an excellent opportunity to work on product development. Extensive training was given and each individual’s role and responsibilities was clearly defined, thereby ensuring no time is spent waiting for tasks.

While we get the opportunity to grasp new technologies expeditiously, this indicates a steep learning curve and it could be challenging for developers and implement the new technologies.

The overall workload is distributed efficiently within the project group and responsibilities defined clearly for every individual to ensure greater accountability and transparency. This would definitely result in improved productivity and have a positive impact on the bottom-line.

The technical personnel must be motivated to build relationships of trust.
