We are free to explore various products and get to know of how they work and study them at user level as well as at the code level. There are no bars on code access(except in certain situations where company decides).
And since the company has end-to-end development projects starting from H/W to S/W your interest is key on what you can learn and excel. And huge documentations to learn from.
You will be fortunate to work with Great intellectuals and people with strong knowledge and willing to help/teach.

Onsite Opportunity are less.

To all the people who have doubts regarding the company,
I'm working with this company for last 2 years. I’m very much satisfied with this company with performance hikes and management is good.
This company started in 2003 with spring soft solutions later they have incorporated. No need to worry. All the best. Don’t think post negative talks against the company. Once join the company den you will only refer your friends.

Company should give atleast three chances to the employer before firing them.
Company should provide outing for every 3 -6 months instead of 1 year.
Leaves should be increased.
