Favourables:
GNation is an awesome company for regular work as a coder. Great co-workers, interesting project (I can’t spill the details for now). They are at the forefront of gaming industry, collaborate with Microsoft, Unity, etc. Also, GNation offers competitive salaries in the gaming industry. Trust my experience, I’ve worked at different places all over the U.S. and GNation so far beats them all.
Unfavourables:
I hope they will change the policy of hiring new interns and will expand the training course because it may be difficult for people without any experience to adapt during the first weeks. Or maybe it's just my problem :)
