As a Sr. DBA in Nichi-In Software Solutions got enough freedom to set operational standards /best practices, served as a key technical expert in day-to-day operations and worked on all phases of database administration for which I was always appreciated. Got a good hike and thanks to a rich experience in Nichi-In got an opportunity to work in a bigger MNC with the management making my exit from the company smooth and easy.

I didn’t come across any unfavorable situations other than working at night shifts when necessary which at times was an issue for me.

During my tenure in the company, got an opportunity to work on Real Application Cluster, Oracle Enterprise Manager installation and setup, Oracle Fusion Middleware Installation and Upgrades, Oracle ASO, RMAN Backup and Recovery, Performance and Tuning, many more different database aspects that gave an enriching experience in Nichi-In Software Solutions. Good package, independence of working, good management made the experience all the more worthwhile. Thanks to this organization, I got an opportunity to work in Oracle as Lead-DBA.

Though had to work on rotational shifts but I was mostly given nights shifts. Little difficult if you have a family but since I was a bachelor didn’t face much issues.

You need not have to worry about Nichi-In reviews. This company is apt for freshers.
